1. having recently discovered/been made aware that I may experience/be suffering from sustained bruxism (it seems that I am a daytime jaw clencher rather than a nighttime teeth grinder) I am now at a bit of a loss for what to do about it
2. one of the cats has been acting very strangely Mini-Teen wants me to take him to the vets to see if there's something wrong but as I don't believe in spending shed loads of money I don't have on a feline pet I haven't yet followed this course of action and now am at a bit of a loss for that to do about it
3. my big brother sent me a very generous Amazon voucher for xmas last year and I invested some of it in the purchase of a new sewing machine, since the one I had - which was my mother's - had finally broken beyond all hope of repair; I have a pile of projects that I'm really keen to start and lots of ideas for other projects, but I can't seem to be able to even take the new machine out of the box; I'm totally bemused about this situation and have no clue why I have a bit of a block about it and at more of a loss about this than the other things that are bothering me
4. for some strange reason I have been starting to wonder about what I shall do in five years' time when all the children have flown the nest (and presuming none of them has flown back again); I haven't a clue, which is a worse situation than being at a bit of a loss about what to do5. oh! it seems as if there were only four after all (well, only four that I'm going to bother you with, dear reader)

1. The opposite. Open your jaws wide frequently and enjoy the new sensation.
(only for a second at a time - I'm not suggesting you go around with your mouth wide open - people might look funny at you!)
(Blimey! I just looked at the link /:{ Well at least it's only a habit)
2. Well when mine behave oddly, I decide to wait and see for a while. Then I panic and feel guilty for a bit and go in for a flurry of de-fleaing and de-worming. Then I wait a bit longer. If I'm lucky the odd behaviour either goes away or begins to seem normal.
3. Read the manual - just out of interest of course. Then decide where it's going to live and get its new home all ready for it. Then put the box there. Then - oh, I don't know, see what happens : )
4. Hmm. Never got that one sorted myself.
5. I'm so glad there turned out to be only four : )
1. I now have a medical reason to chronically talk to myself! I'm thinking it might work for you, too--but it could mean some funny looks....just sayin'....
2. I'd listen to Mig on that one--specially given I don't have cats and am not a lover of cats. I do hope the kitty starts behaving as his/her own self soon.
3. I'm not with Mig on that one! I don't do manuals--which means I JUST discovered that there's a nifty setting on my camera for sunsets......which makes it like a brand new toy! WAY cool, I have to say. BUT!! What a cool prezzie to get for yourself! I'd create a home for the machine and start somewhere. It's like trying to pick a book from the pile to read--I just gotta do it. *sigh* k....sometimes I SUCK at just doing it!
4. Ohhhhhhhhhh no sister! We deal in TODAY's and not five years from now!!! Well--at the very least I'm suppose to.... I get squirrely when I get too far out of the day that's in front of me.
5. Sheeeeeshhh.....who said it was a bother?! Pffffffttttt!!!! I shoulda done my Wednesday Whine....LOL...I'da felt better at least temporarily! ;-)
oh ladies, I am so glad that you're here. . .
. . .
4. see, that's the problem Mel, I try and deal in "today" (sometimes still only hour by hour) - but these thoughts just keep creeping in!
3. perhaps it's because there's no place for it to have a home mig!!! I'll have to MAKE one (move somthing of the children's - ooh, dare I?!)
2. thanks mig (the strange behavious Mel is that he's sitting on the sofa, alseep most of the time and the rest of the time looking at me)
1. I'll try that mig; I've been wrapping my gums inside my mouth when I'm at home, but I like the idea of stretching my jaw! Mel I recently read that an inner dialogue is good for your intellect. . .
well, there was a 5. I remembered later, but I'll save it for another day!
thank you twose so much for listening and offering so many excellent thoughts - it's brought a smile to my face this morning and feel really cared for
thank you

*laughing*
Were we talking inner dialogue?
UH oh..
Mine's all outter.
:-D
It leaves little room for people 'guessing' what Mel is thinking? *laughing*
(((((((( you )))))))))
OH....and heaven's yes move things (especially if they're children's things.....LOL)
And in honour of this moment in time:
"Now is the time to PANIC and FREAK OUT" button will be worn!
Ummmm....all I gotta do is find the darn thing.....
Excuse me while I panic and freak out. LOLOL
1 . keep it full of delicious things
2. cats are supposed to act strange - does it look in pain? If not wait and see.
3. Replacing something that was your dear departed Mother's is bound to be hard :( - I don't know what the answer is tho. Keep the old one and put it somewhere special. like the loft?
4. They never leave! They will always come back with washing and for handouts and motherly love - FOREVER.
Zig your 1. made me guffaw!!! I'll keep 2. and 3. in mind and as for 4. do you think sons/boys/men are different from daughters/girls/women?
Mel that button's so overused. . . a little like the "agitate" cycle on the washing machine!
