*twiddles thumbs*

so, the tree is down, the various furnitures back in their places, the new kittens hidden in the back of a wardrobe, the presents tidied away and the wrapping papers folded and replaced in the xmas box for next yearI didn't see the eclipse but have done all the laundry and all the washing up and all the hoovering and all the moppings of the various floors (didn't really bother with the dusting, as there didn't seem to be much dust); which now only leaves one more thing to do:

. . .think about going back to work!I quite like feeling bored, as it makes such a change from feeling stressed
I like wondering about what I shall "do" next, rather than worrying endlessly and possibly needlessly about the future; I've been thinking about going back to work for a while now and perhaps need to move it up a notch - from thinking to doing something about it. . .
but what! there are so many jobs that I really do not want to end up doing (mostly all those I've done before)(oh, and I don't want to commute either, really)(and, ideally, I'd like to be at home when the teens return from school)(I'm fairly sure it'll be a case of a beggar not being a chooser when it comes to it)altogether much nicer to look at another image of the eclipse. . .

Whoa.

I rather like the Dictionary of Word Verifications concept!!!!

That Christopher is a smart one.

Yup.
Wrappings and decorations, tree and 'stuff' back in their appropriate storage places. Now, the 8' penguin and snowman....still in the yard. Stuck there til the ice melts a bit.
Oh dear.
Drat and darn.

<-- shoulda thought to let Studley don a red hat and freed him for the holidays!!!!

Oh Oops! We ought to be getting the christmas stuff down I suppose.
And Oh yes, a dictionary of word verifications is a brilliant idea. (With illustrations of course.)
Botot for instance - what could that possibly mean or look like?
That is a very nice image of the eclipse to be going on with anyway.

. . .ought to snap that one up before some other bright spark does!

and adding illustrations is surely a winning element. . .
