I still cope ("cope"? sounds quite negative, perhaps I mean "manage" - but even that sounds a bit down. . . "live" perhaps?)
I still live on a day by day basis which works quite well for me (oh, I have so much more I want to say, but I'm being besieged by children left right and centre!! I wonder if I'll remember this train of thought tomorrow when they are all at school?!)

Sometimes I muddle--other times I soar.
That's just how it is.
I ain't complainin'......
Now, if I was trudging--I'd be mumbling. LOL But you KNOW I like to mumble and 'rawr' a bit.
