Friday? thank goodness for that!

a decent cup of coffee is much needed this morningI was up and out by seven - driving the youngest teen to school for a very important exam; quite why the education system in this country deems it necessary to have children aged just thirteen-and-a-half take important exams I don't know - she might know her stuff, but it's still a little young for an exam that may well affect A-level choices and university places. . . perhaps I'm just a tad grumpy because we were stuck in the most g*d awful traffic for almost an hour before she saw sense and decided to hop out and catch the bus the rest of the way
.
oh well! at least she knows how loved she is - probably the most important thing
.
do you know how loved you are?
I hope so!

Pls to define "decent".

I love you to the point of distraction.

Oh.

Well then!

Bus was a good plan, methinks.
I hope she did well. :-)
When she's smart enough to come up with the bus, I have great hope for the exam.

Well loved, indeed.

Yes, please--black. And in a whitecup so I can test my goobery thingy progress.

Vicus I believe that decent is the opposite of indecent. . . distracting you is one of my main purposes in life

Mel coming up, in a white cup, as requested

Where can I buy a season ticket to Friday coffee at your place? It's become one of the few fixed points of the social week. And conversation is so uplifting, too. Not to mention the F&N on the top shelf.

If I was, I would.

Blimey! seven!
I do remember regularly being up and out by seven for the same kind of thing but these days I'm just struck dumb by the heroism of those who still have to do it :)
Well done the mini teen for choosing a more efficient route and I hope she did well.
(And I do agree about the weirdness of making them make these kinds of decision so young.)
